• Arrive in Camp Woods, TX.  If time permits, fish the morning or research various river crossings and check into your lodging in the afternoon.  Please remember to secure all valuables before leaving your vehicle.
• Check in at Big Oaks River Camp or wherever you are lodging.  Check-in time at Big Oaks River Camp is at 3:00 pm. 
• The Texas Women Fly Fishers (TWFF) will host a Mullet Mixer.  A Mullet Mixer is a gathering of TWFF members for dinner and a speaker.  If you’d like to join the Mullet Mixer, please bring your favorite dish or finger food and your favorite beverage or adult beverage
  • The potluck dinner starts at 6:30 pm in the conference center.
  • The presentation on Fly Fishing Uvalde County starts at 7:30 – 8:00 pm, also in the conference center
• Check-in and late registration for the Bud Priddy “Any Fly Contest” will be held during the Mullet Mixer from 6:30-9:00 pm.

• The Bud Priddy “Any Fly” Contest will begin at sunrise on 4 May 2019.
• All entrants will be need to report fishing results between 5:00 – 5:30 pm at the Big Oak River Camp Conference Center.
• The awards banquet will begin at 6:00 pm.
• Trophies, prizes, and door prizes will be handed out after dinner.
• Enjoy one of several guest campfires in the evening.

• Wake up and continue to enjoy fishing the Nueces River or enjoy the campground amenities or simply sleep in if you like.
• Please remember that checkout is 11:00 am.
